In a nutshell . It is a very unfriendly unwelcoming environment. The staff (who serve on the counter) are not blatantly rude but they need to learn some interpersonal skills. A smile would be nice. I know theyre busy but I had 2 unpleasant visits. A long wait to be served after several staff made eye contact with me and nothing else, no acknowledgment I was waiting and no apology for any delay. On a second visit I confirmed my details loudly over 2 counters, other customers could hear my name, address, details of some of my usual medications and what I had ordered. I felt very uncomfortable about this. I am not in a hurry to visit again.
