Called before Christmas to arrange to purchase contact lenses only to be told the day before my appointment that theyd not ordered them so they wouldnt be available until the new year. I accepted the error since mistakes do happen every now and again, however, I was due to have my check up appointment this morning at 9:15 only to arrive at the shop to find it totally closed and no one answering the phone. After waiting 10 minutes outside the shop I left. Usually the service here is great but the last few weeks have been abismal.

Carried out a thorough eye test and was good enough to recomend no change needed. Pleasant staff.

Very relaxed, but professional environment. The examination was very thorough and I felt that I was being checked properly and with expertise by proficient and knowledgeable opticians. Excellent after sales service: any issues with frames or lenses are dealt with efficiently and with good grace - Unique range of frames to suit every taste and pocket - COVID-19 protocols in place giving you the added sense of security.
