We have been using their services for the last few years and it has been outstanding. We have purchased stairlift and mobility scooter 2 years ago and have been very happy with the purchase.Recently we had to use them again to get some bathing aids and were pleased as usual.Would highly recommend them

Very happy with demonstration of mobility scooter last week. Rep was quite thorough and supportive. However we didn't make a purchase on this occasion as the scooter did not meet our requirements.

I bought my e-foldi August 2020. It gives me a bit more freedom as I can move around un-aided. I haven't used it as often as I probably would have due to covid and the weather. It is easy to fold and unfold. It is reasonably comfortable but would not be able to sit on it for more than a couple of hours. I do find the excelerbrator slightly difficult to use. I think the part you turn needs to be bigger.

Great customer service and perfect product. We had 2 home visits to demonstrate both efoldi scooters and wheelchair and one visit to deliver and demo our chosen scooter. The scooter is ideal as it folds and unfolds easily, is light enough to lift into the boot and takes up little boot space. We chose the larger scooter to leave in the car to make it always available when we are out and about. Perfect for our needs.

My elderly father ordered a mobility scooter from this, family run, company. In order to ensure dad made the right choice one of the owners drove to his house with a choice of scooters so dad could try both. After choosing the one he wanted, arrangements were made for delivery. To ensure dad was fully appraised I called the company to make sure the order was received and processed. I spoke to Fakrun, a joint owner, who not only updated me on the order but took time to track it and furnish me with delivery time. He then made a follow-up call to ensure all was well and to say that should dad need any help, in any matter relating to his new Scooter, then he was available directly to help out. It was reassuring to receive good 'old fashioned' customer service from Fakrun who was polite, informative and courteous throughout, characteristics sadly lacking in some of the larger companies today. Very many thanks.
