CQC Need to get involved here I have been trying for four days to get an appointment 17 in the queue then opted for a ring back so pressed 1 then to be told they will put me through to the correct department to be on hold for well over 40 minutes nobody answers the phones you get a text message to say book an appointment but cant get through and the online system is no better you cant book one in advance its a disgrace Ive tried to register at another recommended practice but Im not in the catchment area so Im stuck with this practice. My second complaint and things seem to go backwards . No explanation as to why nobody seems to want to do there jobs!

I fully understand we are in COVID,and people like me dont matter to our surgery,but to stop some of my tablets that are needed without telling me is absolutely disgusting
