Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the light on my loupes light this week so dropped Rachel a message; she responded within minutes and had a new light sent out to me on next day delivery! (free of charge as within warrantee). Turns out it was actually my battery that had broken so Rachel had a replacement for that sent out for next day - and shes allowed me to keep the new light too. Very grateful for the speedy and friendly response from Swallow; I rely on my loupes daily so they really gave me peace of mind. Would recommend Swallow to anyone whos in the market for new loupes!

Rachel Burnell, 'top of the top professional' !! Not only does Rachel know her stuff and is exceptional in getting your loupes serviced or repaired, but she is also delightful, supporting and extremely customer-centred. Rachel was really helpful and friendly so thank you. I was disappointed that my item was dispatched a day later than promised. Then due to it being delivered late I requested it to be redirected to my work (2 roads difference) and they refused so overall wrong day & wrong address but great product, use it daily
