        Lived on Saxon Dene for 14 months. The build quality is shocking. 280 items for snagging from badly fitting shower, water behind tiles. Heating wired up wrong. Cooker hood falling off, Leaks in living room, terrible plastering and decorating. Cracked bath I could go on and on. The customer care is pathetic and they couldn't coordinate putting one leg in front of the other. Worst decision made buying one of these houses. If you're stupid enough to buy a Barratts house. Get a professional snagging company. The pictures are of how Barratts fix a cooker hood to the wall. Using 6cm concrete screws on top of each other. All loose and hence why it fell off the wall.

        Dont trust this dodgy builders. Bought house from these lot, about 100 snag list we have and some other issues. The manager (Leigh) is very unhelpful. He avoid walking pass our house so he doesnt have to face us and deal with our issue. Think before buying
