Odd place- massive and team were lovely, mixed messages for service though. I'm giving five stars for the team who were polite attentive and seem to be proud to work for this businessm However 1 star for the store manager who is possibly the rudest person I have ever met. Zero retail skills, zero customer interaction skills and super rude to the team. Sent a message to the Co-op customer service team- received back a generic 'sorry the team were not up to standards, we will let the store manager know' So 1 star for them too- for doing a job that requires you to listen or read details, but failing miserably.
