Cyberwink did a great job helping my business with solving broadband issues, as well as extending the range our wifi signal. There were professional and came to our premises at very short notice. I will use their services in the future and I would highly recommend!

Damian helped me before with an infected boot sector, then this time talked me through breaking a problem where the PC wouldn't boot up in safe mode without looping. His expert phone advice enabled me to break the loop with a confidence I had originally lacked. Damian explained all the safe mode options, and together we restored from a previous clean point (one of the F8 options). The advice and aid was free of charge. It's rare nowadays to find genuine free advice given by a knowledgeable professional just to help a fellow human solve a problem. I offered payment; but Damian refused - all he wanted was an honest review (which is what this is). In the nicest possible way I hope I never need to contact him again! But it's very reassuring to know that if I ever have PC problems again there's a trustworthy and capable professional I can (and will) turn to - Damian.
