Great customer service from Johnny, delivered the new bike as quickly as possible and I was kept in the loop the whole time. He was really knowledgeable and answered all the questions my kids threw at him. The repair service was great. Fixed the brakes on the day I took the bike in while I waited and was much cheaper than other places. Will definitely be returning! Thanks so much Johnny.

Great service, excellent communication, and for a very reasonable cost. Called on Monday to replace chain and replace gear changer on mountain bike, parts had to be ordered, all repaired and ready to use again just 48 hrs after dropping the bike off at the shop. Five star service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from a very very friendly person. We used the "Fix Your Bike Voucher 50" at this place. Cyclopedia did a fantastic job servicing all parts, gears and put a new brake cable. We even got it washed aswell. I was so pleased in receiving the bike in top notch condition. It rode SUPERB! They had a good variety of bikes at this store. Foget halfords am coming here for repairs!
