This company deserves only 1star as there customer service is absolutely diabolical we have only had our cameras nearly 2 yrs and for 1 year 1of our cameras hasn't worked and broke just after 1 yr the owner Geoff came out to look but was only bothered about telling my husband he had been in the business for 35 yrs wanted us to take out extra cover for them but why should we as to me they were not good enough to take out cover as one had stopped working after just 1 year so to me they r cheap and not worth the money we paid I would stay clear of the company if I was you, I am getting another company to sort out what he doesn't want to sort out and to tell you the truth wouldn't let him sort them now as he is not a nice person makes out that everybody else is rude but the rude one is himself.

Shame I have to pick one star as this company deserves none. Paid 550 for rubbish cameras that dont recognise faces never mind number plates when they clearly advertise that they do.!! An incident happened at our property and it could have been anybody from a 1980s crimewatch e-fit. Geoff and Mike visited our property to switch our box to another one which didnt happen due to there poor customer service of being called a nosey neighbour by Mike ( According to Geoff cause Mike is from Manchester this is his sense of humour) well I didnt find his comment funny.!! All because I wanted to zoom in on the incident that happened at our property and Im sure anybody else would isnt that why you have cctv fitted in the first place.??? Mike wanted to rag our system out and offered us a refund there and then yeah Im sure we would have got a full refund with their appalling customer service.!!! Geoff was more interested in showing me his Securitec emblem on his shirt And emphasising that in all his 35yrs hes never had a complaint well he has now.!! Rubbish cameras and in all honesty we would have been better off strapping our mobile phones to the front of our house to record footage, disgusting customer service, rude and disgraceful comments. I would not recommend Securitec at all shop elsewhere and do your research because we wish we had. Dont know how Geoff and Mike can sleep at night by ripping customers off with rubbish tat.

Very poor customer service. This company tried to inflate prices after giving a quote on cctv. Also found out that after an alarm battery change a defective battery was used. Had to pay a reputable company to rectify. Would certainly not recommend.
