        Fantastic friendly classes for all abilities. Tina has a very approachable easy to follow style of teaching. The facilities are great. Beautiful environment for practicing yoga. Exallent parking.

        Absolutely loved the classes. I had never done yoga before but Tina made me feel so welcome and helped me so much. I feel like I have found an amazing way of staying fit and gaining flexibility. Really lovely people in the class.
