Amazing staff and doctors who have always helped in everyway and always in my opinion gone above and beyond in order to get you sorted and give you the answers.. Were on point during pandemic and understood any frustration

Never have to wait for appointments. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are great and very attentive.

The doctor who called me with test results was brilliant. So patient and thorough. They must be under a lot of pressure so it is very much appreciated. The receptionists are very helpful too.

What a fantastic surgery, receptionists always very friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are great and very attentive. Never have to wait for appointments. Heard stories about other doctors with long waits for appointments, rude receptionists and unhelpful doctors however I can honestly say the banks has always been a fantastic surgery. Keep up the great work guys.

The receptionists and practice nurses are worthy of 5 stars, but sadly my experience with the current GPs has been awful. Nothing has been resolved for months, even though my symptoms are serious. Having been a patient for 30 years, I have now registered with an infinitely better surgery and I couldn't be happier. The name of the practice's company says it all - Medically Limited.
