Boots Pharmacy

Have recently moved to Barrow on Soar from Sileby. I changed doctors and pharmacists. I cannot get the same service at the Barrow store. There are very few goods on the shelves and my prescription is never ready at the time stated and I have to keep returning. I have mobility issues and have now changed back to the Sileby Boots pharmacy. Have tried to complain to Boots but other than the first time when I was told the Area Manager would call me, this has not been successful the phone rang off on successive occasions.

So pleased with the excellent service today in the past have had so many problems but hoping things have turned around . The pharmacy went above and beyond today to enable me to get a prescription from NHS 111 even ensuring I only paid the regular charge for my sons prescription . Really friendly professional service Thankyou Im hopeful this is the new way of things going forward !!

I have never once had a bad experience here in the 5 years we've lived in barrow. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and even follow up phone calls when I've had a new med prescribed. I've seen people fly in demanding medication, I'm sorry but the staff are only human and do as much as they can. Treat others as you expect to be treated.
