AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! Won't pick up the phone. Awful after sales. Had so many problems. No communications once they have your money. Having to use section 75 to get my money back. Ignore emails and voicemail full!!??

Have had muffled hearing for a while eventually deciding to do something about it!! Needed an offending plug of earwax removing which improved my hearing immediately. It was done in a very professional way having the procedure explained in advance and successfully completed. Excellent service.

I have just had my annual check up at Premier Hearing, Barrow on Soar. My hearing was reviewed, hearing aids serviced and all is set for another year of clear, untroubled hearing with my aids. I have hearing aids for more than a year now and I couldn't be happier. They are comfortable and easy to look after, via remote settings on my phone. There are no fiddly batteries to manage either as I siumply pop the aids into my charger over night, ready for the morning. I can enjoy conversation with friends and family, watch television, listen to music and hear on the telephone effortlessly. My partner is thrilled too as he cana relax knowing that I can hear well once more. Thank you to Phil and the team.
