I came off the phone at 5.50 with 111. they sent a referal for some emergency medcine that i need that i cannot get at wells pharmacy or boots in ottery st mary. Told me to call Lloyds Pharmacy asap. I have rung 25 times in 30 mins and they close at 6.30. Without the emergency treatment if I am unwell I can die.

Please put on your website when you are going to be open so that I don't keep coming up and finding you are closed. I know you are short staffed but you need to let your customers know when you are going to be open.
