        I've only been to a handful of classes and have loved every single minute of every one of them, well perhaps not at the time but definitely afterwards! - Lauren is inspirational with her enthusiasm and her knowledge and manages to get the best out of you whether you are a beginner or advanced. Looking forward to trying some of her newer classes such as BeatBox!

        Lauren is a great instructor. No time to switch your brain off in her classes and shes adaptable to all sorts of levels. 5

        I started on my fitness journey with LC Fitness just over a year ago. I was unfit, unhealthy and needed some definite toning. It was also a big birthday year and realisation set in that I needed to do something to improve my long-term health. A year down the line and I have lost 4 inches off both my waist and hips, have a heart rate of someone much younger and all the back problems I have had have pretty much disappeared due to my strengthened core. Lauren pushes you, she is motivating and quite often mean (in a good way!) BUT you will see results. Thank you
