Richard the owner is very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about, especially when it comes to footwear. He only sells quality products so if you are looking trendy brands or cheap products please don't waste his time. If how ever you want a quality pair of English brand, Italian made walking or hiking shoes that will last you decades then this is the place to come too! Whish I'd found him earlier. He would of saved me a lot of time and money.

Called my husband from the shop to check his sock size and was told " I was talking over" salesman. Put the socks back and left.

Really excellent advice and service. Very knowledgeable owners who guide you to the products best suited to your needs. With so much to choose from, especially with footwear, this is an invaluable service and one sadly lacking in most shops.
