I am really grateful for such an excellent, professional and very personalised service delivered with warmth and sensitivity from Louise and Nikki. Thank you for guiding me to have a full set of exams which has enabled me to be proactive towards my eye care. Lovely glasses too!

First class service from Vision Express Sidmouth again . Thorough eye test, friendly & professional service start to finish. I have had a lot of problems after cataract surgery but the Vision Express optician went above and beyond to check my eyes, answer all my concerns and update my prescription. I learned a lot more than I had from numerous follow up visits to the hospital. I have had mixed experiences with opticians in the past but highly recommend Vision Express Sidmouth...certainly the best opticians I've used anywhere. My thanks again for continued great service.

I had a good experience at vision express, would recommend them. They treated me very kindly. I went in for a yearly check as my mother had Glaucoma, so I get a free eye test. Tests Were carried out carefully and efficiently on their new equipment that replaces the clumsy manual glasses with lenses that need swapping to test what you need. The staff were reassuring and curteous, putting no pressure on you to spend more than you budget allows. I now await the arrival of my new glasses that were an affordable price. They have a very good price range and styles of glasses. Thank you to them.

Made an appointment for an eye test. Arrived 5 minutes before and sat waiting for the appointment. One assistant was dealing with a customer in the front regarding buying some glasses. I could see and hear numerous people in the farthest room. No one spoke to me, another customer came in and got dealt with not about glasses. When the assistant who was dealing with the customer in front of me finished she asked me what I wanted. I politely said that I had an appointment 15 minutes before. She showed me through to the back room where 3 other employees were sitting. I explained I had been sitting for 15 minutes and no one had spoken to me. One lady said , we were all busy which clearly wasn't true. Not very impressed with the customer service and will not be using Vision Express again. They got 1 star in my rating as the booking of the appointment was easy, shame the rest didn't live up to it.
