        I was super confused about what was causing my digestion issues, as some gluten products caused issues and some didnt. Thanks to Lucys expertise she nailed it exactly on the head what my problem food categories were and it has helped my IBS dramatically! She has also recommended some super helpful supplements to help my digestion. This lady definitely knows her stuff

        I was a bit embarrassed talking about personal health issues but Lucy was kind & experienced putting me at ease staright away. She helped me to work out what I wanted to achieve & what was realistic for me. She had no ulterior motive, she was patient while I changed things at my own pace & full of advice & support during sessions. Would definitely recommend.
