Was down in Devon in June for a family wedding, my partner bought a necklace here which she was over the moon with. Best thing though was the man serving really lovely bloke, chatted for a long time about my partners home country Turkey which he was a fan of visiting, lovely shop and service!

Arrived at the shop this morning at the time it was due to open. After a few mins, a young lady, a man and an older lady sauntered down the road. The young lady glanced in my direction before unlocking the door. They all walked in to the shop. I followed them. The man went out the back on his mobile phone, the young lady filled the till and walked past me to do something else. At this point I wondered if I was actually invisible. When the young lady was ready, there was no apology for the wait or anything. 20 min wait to change a watch battery. If I hadnt been doing this errand for someone else, I would not have given my business to them and will not return

I recently asked Sue, the owner, to help provide a unique engagement ring for my fiancee. I gave her a few design ideas and a budget and was over the moon with the result as was my fiancee. She kept me updated on with the progress, the service was fantastic and I would definitely use Sue again for any jewellery needs.

I always take my Jewellery to be Mended and cleaned here, my Husband had my eternity ring made from here, set a budget explained what he wanted. It is beautiful. Also I take my rings here to be cleaned come back looking like new.
