        I phoned this shop twice to see whether an item was in stock. I left two messages and nobody returned my call. I decided to call in to see if the item was there, it was. The item had a higher ticket price then on there own web site. I was told by the very unhelpful shop assistant to purchase the item of clothing online as they could not price match from there own site. I did not buy the coat from them but went to CREW CLOTHING !!
