        My elderly single mother had flooding in her house and asked A&J to mend to stop further damage to her property which they eventually completed, however, apparently, according to the guy who does maintenance on the rented semi detached neighbour's house has been taken advantage of so be warned with inflated prices, taking advantage of elderly people & single women - see his comments below. "Added to this, the account from A & J to replace the gutter stop end is nothing short of extortionate, the materials can be no more than 10, 20 at the very very outside thus leaving nearly 400 for labour. The average day rate for this kind of work is approximately 180, meaning it took two of them all day or one of them 2 days ! It is also my understanding that there were no extra costs incurred for scaffolding or a cherry picker. "
