We went to this place for bonfire night based on a suggestion we were given by one of the staffs in Dukes Restaurant in Sidmouth. First of all, parking guide was good, the location of parking was not prefect, but you can't expect more since in is not located in a big city. We paid 6 each for the ticket, we had mulled wine, and listened to the music near a massive bonfire until 7:30 when the fireworks started. I must say, it was one of the best fireworks event I have ever seen in the UK, it was long, and they had selections of fireworks. It just looked amazing. Even though we didn't plan to be there, but we went there and really enjoyed it so definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful gardens. Open a few days each year in aid of charity through the National Gardens Scene. In April, when we visited, it's the massed displays of daffodils that hold centre stage. Plenty of onsite parking, plus tea, coffee and cream teas available.
