The garage did a brilliant job at identifying a really difficult electrical fault and completed the work for a third of the price that the main dealer wanted. Excellent service.

Since we moved from Essex to Devon we have used Woolbrook Garage, great service and really helpful staff. Also it is really good that they will pick our car up for servicing. Excellent service, thanks to all at Woolbrook. Mr & Mrs Simmonds, Honiton.

I took my car in for an MOT in August 2018. I was informed by the mechanic that the car had failed the MOT because the car's registration plate lamp did not work. In order to rectify this problem would require a replacement registration plate lamp unit. The price to fix was quoted at 150. I was told by the mechanic that this was the only option and that a replacement bulb would not work because the unit inside had melted. I removed the car from the garage and replaced the bulb in the registration plate lamp myself which fixed the problem. The bulb cost me 5. The unit did not need replacing despite what the mechanic said. I returned to the garage whereby they retested my car for free and issued an MOT certificate.

Took my 2012 VW car here for MOT and service - turned out it also needed a water pump and cam belt - fair enough, but took 3 days ( and 700+ ) but when I eventually got it back I had lots of issues with tailgate rear camera wiper etc. Took it back only to be told it needed a part (electronic tailgate switch) - eventually got fitted a WEEK later and was charged ANOTHER 80+. NEVER AGAIN!!
