I have never tasted such delicious pastries and neither have you (unless you've been to Vinnicombes). The bakers who work here are very skilled at making delicious things. I can't wait to eat them again!

Ive only been here twice but I was treated so poorly both times. One of the times there were no words spoken from the lady serving me, just that one pound at the end. Okay The second time I went in after a dad and his toddler were leaving the shop, and I saw that the lady kept looking at the baby so I waited patiently to be served, but she just kept staring out the door even when they were already gone and there was a queue forming. I had to say hi! and she looked at me like I was interrupting her own wedding, then she was just plainly rude. I do understand that working in customer service can be tiring and mentally draining, specially in a fast pace environment but theres absolutely no excuse to treat customers with manners like these. I work in customer service too and not even in my own bad personal days Ive been this rude. P.S. chatting with friends about these experiences, they ALL (5) agreed they were also treated like that and thats why they recommended me to never come back. I recommend the same.

Good bakery for locals and tourists! Friendly and helpful bakery staff. I enjoyed the tasty fresh baked bread and chocolate dipped shortbread. Noticed a good range of sausage rolls, filled baps and beautifully decorated cakes in store too. Many thanks!
