Fireplace was very dusty and dirty. Overall whole of living room needs a good refurb.
The games room was full of cobwebs and none of the darts had flights. Pool table had a big hole in it and only one cue. Shame as the table tennis table was good as was football table. But it was very dirty in there. Area behind games room with swing thing needed tiding up very overgrown. But rest of the grounds was brilliant. Our dogs loved the space out there and views to die for.
It's a shame because it's in a beautiful location very quiet and assessable to beach Cromer and many more attractions.
The bedrooms where good. Clean everything you needed in there. Just the living room was bad. Also games room.
Views were amazing. Get the living room sorted and games room and also area behind games room and you will have a fantastic property.
