We have partnered with David and Lead Talent since 2019 and he has been designing and delivering bespoke training and coaching to our teams on a variety of recruitment and leadership topics. I was at a crossroads career wise when I saw a post on LinkedIn. Emma Tolley was my contact and she was absolutely fantastic. Emma was patient, thorough and really listened to me. True to her word Emma sent an email with 4 or 5 opportunities. Each role was detailed and Emma walked me through each role. Not once did Emma push me into any one particular role. I felt 100% confident that Emma had my interests at heart and that's what makes her stand out. I really can't thank Emma enough and what's really pleasing is that Emma has text and called after my start to see how I'm getting on. Thank you once again

I have been overwhelmed by the amazing and most professional service that Emma has given me on my journey to seek a new role. Although I did not get placed in the end this was definfinalty no reflection on Emma the consistent and overall compassion that has been shown has been second to none, every step of the way. I have been speaking with Emma for several months now and she has never given up keeping in contact and giving me updates when its been appropriate to do so. My only regret was that she didn't get to finally place me, and this was no reflection on her as it eventually happened via a previous contact. I would not hesitate to use Emma and Lead Talent as a client in the future as well as recommend her/them to any future talent looking for the next role.
