        Rooms: The rooms were clean and warm. They were kept to a high standard daily. Food & drinks: Both the breakfast and evening meals were good value, of a high standard and very good.

        Unfortunately not pleased with out visit despite the fantastic reviews. The food was pretty good albeit extremely expensive for what it was. However the let down was purely the service, we were greeted with blank expressions/lack of any sort of character from all staff, no smiles and felt as if we shouldnt have been there. Really unfortunate as we heard good things but wont be returning.
