We had Andy come and do some work at our home, we have had him before and no problems! However, this time he went through one of our walls into another bedroom, which we did not notice until he had left, we made contact straight away, although Andy was apologetic he stated he didn't realise he did it and the only thing he could do was come and put some filler in it, although this was a freshly plastered wall we just wanted it sorted as we have a baby on the way! Unfortunately, this never happened and we never heard from Andy again. I made further contact making then aware nothing has happened and I got an apology in response and stated that I would recieve something in the post to say sorry! Again I never received this! Really disappointed with no one coming out to correct the work that did wrong and after contacting them and just getting no where, we have given up and just sorted it ourselves!
