Such a wonderful & supportive place for everyone! So inclusive and always so happy and friendly! Classes always make you feel empowered to do things you didnt think you could! Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new or get back in to something you once enjoyed

Absolutely loved my first experience of aerial yoga. Lovely studio and Victoria was so friendly and went at a pace that suited the while class. Will definitely be booking again.

I Cannot recommend Vic and the studio enough! All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and work so hard to ensure that you get the most out of each session. TRULY a welcoming and supportive space for trying something new or coming back to exercise.

Absolutely adore Vertical Addiction!! Have learnt so much in my short time attending Vic & Jades classes, and theyre both so welcoming and friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone interested in starting pole fitness! Big love girls.
