My husband Brought a car that has issues, travelled 150 miles, was told no issues, and received no receipt, very rude on phone, and to face, agreed to return car and money but when got there, they refused to have car back, had to bring back car with issues, reported to trading standards as dont know why they are still trading after being so rude to people, we have looked at other reviews and we are not the only victims

Its a shame that these guys still try and get away with underhand practices in the age of reviews. People deserve transparency when purchasing what is to most people, the second largest purchase after their home. These guys are completely untrustworthy, patronising and rude. God help you if you have an issue with your purchase, it shouldnt be this hard to come to a resolution. Very saddening. Please take my advice and go somewhere else even if its more expensive or further away.

Unscrupulous thieves! Reporting them to the police! Do not be lured by the cheaper prices - go elsewhere! I paid a deposit and they outright wont return my money! Bunch of pathetic excuses about their accounts department staff member being on holiday which I naively believed (that was 3 weeks ago) I emailed them about 7 times and they just ignore you. I have called Dave and Peter repeatedly and practically begged them to please refund me and they both promise to do so on the phone but they never acknowledge the issue on email and keep using this accounts department farce! Very capable of accepting your money but remarkably incapable of sending it back. These people never keep to their word, never reply and their business practices are criminal and a disgrace!
