Catherine is an excellent yoga instructor. I feel very lucky to find an inspiring, compassionate teacher like her in my local town. The yoga session was liberating for my mind and body. I felt relaxed with great energy afterwards. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it.

Catherine has been so supportive and patient. She has taught me so much in just the few weeks that I have attended her classes. I would really recommend her to anyone who is thinking of joining a welcoming class especially if you are new to yoga.

Review from January 4 week beginners course: Completing the course with Catherine was fantastic! She took you through the steps of a class bit by bit and by the end we were completing a whole beginners level class. Catherine sent out corresponding information after the classes so that we had the information about the meditation, different asanas and breathing techniques. Catherine creates a very calling atmosphere within the yoga room at the Lotus Retreat. She lights a candle and is softly spoken so you really have the chance to relax. Catherine talks through everything with you, she really puts you at ease. After completing the course I felt confident to join her beginners class on a Monday evening. Thank you Catherine for such a fantastic introduction to yoga!

Ive been attending Cathrine's Yoga classes for a couple of months. I have developed massively in my practise thanks to Cathrine's care and attention. The classes are in a lovely space and are very relaxing. Her Mindfulness Courses at Avebury stones have been very informative and helped me to learn daily techniques to stay present and reduce stress/ anxiety. The Mindful Warriors program is a great way to implement self love and mindfulness into daily practise. Its also a lovely opportunity to connect and speak with others on the same journey as you.
