Sadly a bad experience for us. Purchased a 15 year old mini one with low mileage for my daughter's first car. It had to go back after a week as low oil and oil warning light was faulty. Also the car had no screen wash and rotten wiper blades which not major problems but showed that no or very little checks had been undertaken prior to sale. They did fix the oil light and said they would check it over again. However shortly after I took advantage of a free RAC check at a local garage and that identified it needed new brake discs, pads and calipers. We chose to get this done at the RAC garage as did not trust AA cars at this point. They had 2 chances to make the car safe and did not. Now only 6 months later the engine has completely failed.

Awesome experience. Was interested in a Merc that wife and I liked. Jack could not be more accommodating in helping us. He let us take the car for a test drive and told us to take our time. No pressure at all, not ones did he say you have to have it. So after sometime we brought it. Thank you Jack for your understanding and help. Also like to point out that the other members of the team was helpful too. I would no doubt recommend this place to anyone who looking for a car.
