The First Aid Course held in Shrewton on Friday 28 April, 2023 was most interesting and informative - learnt a great deal in a day - Tutor Mike was well informed, patient and understanding of the questioners requests.

This was an enormously important and informative course - and good fun too. Many of us had prior basic FA training but were really out of date and had forgotten much of our early knowledge. For us as Link drivers it was spot on and Mike had judged and read his audience perfectly - the pace was just right and it combined excellent teaching practices with humour and enjoyment. The issue of the books could be enhanced by the addition of an aide memoire listing the key points - using the mnemonics, perhaps - for action when needed, especially if the lessons and skills are not put into practice (which is hopefully the case).

VERY WELL PRESENTED COURSE BY MIKE AND I FEEL ALL THE COURSE CONTENT WILL SERVE ME WELL IN MY WORK IF REQUIRED MIKE HAS INSTALLED CONFIDENCE IN ME TO NOT BE AFRAID TO HELP WHEN REQUIRED
