Brand new in Shrewsbury so I was very unsure But right from day one from the reception desk to the nurses to the vets Bertie and I were looked after with the utmost rescept. Bertie was cared for with much patience and love till his passing On the 16.04.2023. And a Very big thank you to Hannah who was tremendous everytime we saw you. Will always be grateful for all your support here at the trust. Thank You all.

Very rude receptionists, we dont all work 9-5 to call in for an appointment at 8am! I have made appointments on the spot so many times and now you decide to tell me to call another day. Well take both of our dogs elsewhere now. What a shame!!! Never mind the prices you charge, a bit of mannerisms doesnt cost a thing.

Dave came in as a rescue with a mangled front leg after it has been broken and left for 4 months. Edward, orthopedics, was super informative, supportive and fantastic with Dave, able to read him and me very well. After lots of discussion and support from Edward, his leg had to be amputated and the operation was as smooth as it gets, support during recovery was fantastic and 6 months on, Dave is living his best life as a happy and pain free pupper. Honestly could not ask for more! Thank you Edward and team, you made a scary situation easy for us. I also have to give kudos to the vet and staff team for all the support they've given me and my rescue over the years and we've had some of the neatest, cleanest operations done, from spays to tumour removal. Easily the best vets I've used, and I've used a lot (due to my work!) Thank you all Love Dave, Nova, Skylar, Syxx, Elif and me
