Greenhous

Just had excellent service from Greenhous Shrewsbury. My car was recovered to them by Green Flag. Problem quickly diagnosed as needing a new ignition barrel. Whilst with them, they also realised that the car (2017 Astra Tourer) needed a new steering column, which, Ive seen online, has been the source of many MOT failures. Thankfully I bought an extended Network Q/Spoticar warranty when I bought the car second hand two and a half years ago, and so all my expenses were covered. Id like to particularly thank Andy on the service desk and their technicians who obtained the parts quickly and returned the car to me as soon as they could. They also provided me with a high-spec courtesy car whilst the work was being done. Thank you all round.
