Outstanding residential 2-week course, training and location were both 5 star. Highlights were; practising on real PT clients every night from day 2 on-wards and having their testimonials at the end to use on your website. This is miles ahead of your average REPS PT course, this prepares you mentally to excel in your new business and take action!

EIF is a great school of Personal Training. It truly offers a holistic program that includes theory, practice, recognised certifications and great insight on how to start your business. I can only highly recommend EIF!

An experience of a life time, a must do for ALL fitness enthusiasts out there. EIF employs a very professional approach and most effective teaching/training methods combining problem solving , case studies and actual hands-on experience. The curriculum goes beyond standard training progarmmes out there. It does not only cover mechanics of movement, muscles and exercise physiology but encompasses a wide range of practical and applied topics and themes ranging from motivational and behavior change, life-style coaching, novel and practical weight management techniques, correctives and training special populations. All this is topped by 40 + hours of business planning skills with the support of three different coaches and master trainers culminating in presentations of the graduates own business plans. Every single angle is covered and every specific topic is addressed in the EIF Master Trainer programme. But that is not all! The residential course offers an additional component that no other training course can, does or ever will; a sustainable element of personal growth in a safe environment with like-minded, positively charged and superbly supportive individuals, be it the fellow trainees or the coaches and master trainers, especially my darling Darren and his lovely, caring, loving and supportive, behind the scenes wife, Jo. Literally sharing a house, a kitchen, living space, a gym and a hot tub and spending the entire day together learning new things for an entire month begets powerful access to ones humanity, intellect and emotional existence which opens up the door to ones mind and soul beyond all boundaries elevating them to a higher level of consciousness. I speak from personal experience as I find myself today in a much better place in my life with aim and purpose and love for ones self I had not experienced in a long time. I am 67 years old and a retired professor and Faculty Dean and I have never felt so good about life as I have after EIF! Thank you EIF and thank you my dearest Darren for this gift.
