Paid a deposit on a trip to Sardinia last December. Trip was cancelled and STILL have not seen a penny of my deposit. Emails go unanswered and phone calls not returned. I have left messages saying my husband has died and that this money, to which I am entitled, is needed. Not a word from Long Travel, apart from one email in the summer assuring me that my deposit would be returned, but that there was a delay. It is unacceptable that Long Travel has held my money for almost 12 months. Do not book with this company!

The pop ups on the website drove me mad. They reduced the available page landscape so much I couldn't actually navigate the main pages. So much of a nuisance that I couldn't navigate to the destinations
