It's a "breath of fresh air" to deal with a company in the Telecoms sector like Fluid Network Solutions. After years experiencing issues and expense with BT, Fluid Network Solutions came in and helped by analysing our bills, worked out when it would be a saving to come out of the contract and move over to them and saved us a small fortune. The changeover was stress-free and they had us smoothly up and running on our new VOIP system and broadband in no time, as well as setting us up on the Eve app for mobile users. Excellent friendly service with a personal touch, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fluid Network Solutions.

We have had great service from Fluid Network Solutions and in particlar Rob who has helped make a number of changes to the set up as the challenges of the past couple of years unfolded. With our 14 extensions and the ability to use mobiles through the app it's a flexible system that is also great value.

Having recently changed our telephone service to Fluid, we wanted to take the opportunity to feedback to Rob and the team how things have been for us over these last few months. Everything from the start was a dream with Rob, right from his initial contact we were fully supported through every step of the process. Installation was seamless, painless and incredibly quick. Rob was on site throughout and as a Manager you could not wish for better or more help we confidently handed everything over to the team and the next we knew everything was up and running incredibly smoothly. In an ever changing NHS environment the service that we get from Rob and the team is absolutely top notch call recording, changing the set up of our systems, updating our telephone messages - are all so simple to do and instantly implemented by the team. There is always a friendly, supportive, highly knowledgeable and experienced member of the team available to talk to whatever the issue and whatever the time of day. Nothing is too much trouble and there has been nothing that Rob cannot help sort for us. You could not wish for better support and this is the best service we have experienced in a long time. I have a number of lines with Fluid solution and have done for the last 8 years. Recently we have had two incidents of our broadband going down through no fault of Fluid and on both times they went out of their way to get a temporary solution installed so we could carry on. Without this help our internet business would have been stranded possibly for days. Would highly recommend.
