        Prebooked taxi but arrived half hour late. When I rang up I was asked what was the problem. Incredibly poor customer service. Would not Recommend if you want to get somewhere by a particular time.

        Tried to get a taxi home, said they were dog friendly but refused our two little dogs so we had a very cold three mile walk home, late at night, with some mobility difficulties. Do not use these people.

        Not a regular taxi passenger .. called the company 'randomly' in a panic as let down by pre-arranged transport & needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes! They said someone could be with me in 5 minutes .. in fact it was 3 mins & i was at my destination with 5 mins to spare. A very satisfied customer .. & a friendly driver!!
