        I've used Katy many times over the past five years and have never failed to be impressed. Her communication and customer service is fabulous and her book dates make great gifts, though I must admit I often treat myself to a happy parcel! I also especially love the care and attention to detail that goes in to the gift boxes, they are a wonderful thing to send for any book lover.
