        Sally Joyner from In the Loop was exceptionally knowlegeable and supportive when I experienced inappropriate and discriminatory treatment at my local hospital (related to my hearing difficulties) whilst undergoing treatment for an unrelated and serious pre-cancerous condition. Sally went far more than the extra mile (more like extra 100 miles) to offer me support and guidance at what was an incredibly stressful and difficult time - made worse by Covid! I honestly don't think I could have managed without her and certainly wouldnt have been able to stand up for myself. I cant thank you enough Sally.
