Fantastic experience from start to finish, Ian has worked on a few jobs for us now, and delivers a quality service every time, his workmanship is second to none, with attention to detail of the highest standard we have come across. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism he brings, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (be it for home improvement or for business purposes) he is a first class, studious worker, that is also very clean and tidy around the workplace, with multiple skills that seem to cover every job, plus, a genuinely nice person to have around. If you are looking for a professional job to be done, then iRenovate Ltd is the one, we will not use anyone else.

I have known Iain for 13 years when he first carried out some building and renovation work for me at my house, since then Iain has been completing general building and maintenance projects for me at my business, The Woodberry Inn, in Bridgnorth. Most recently after a flood in our commercial kitchen, Iain was able to complete all the works from the initial rip out of the ceilings and walls to the total completion of works to get us back up and running. Iain is always professional and his work is always carried out to very high standard and on time.

Our en-suite bathroom was badly in need of a complete refurbishment with the addition of a double shower enclosure and towel rail radiator. Highly recommended by friends, we invited iRenovate (Iain) to review basic plans drawn up by my wife and me. We discussed feasibility and recommendations regarding placement and plumbing, as well as state-of-the-art materials for floors etc. Considering the age of the property, and the existing plumbing and electric layout, the refurb required serious planning and execution, with an eye for detail. Iain provided a competitive quote, detailing time and materials necessary to complete the job and kept to it. Due to supplier issues concerning the shower enclosure, Iain was extremely sympathetic, resulting in timing flexibility on his part. We felt Iain to be one of the most trustworthy, amicable, and professional persons we could have wished for to do a complex job in a very private part of our home. We had regular team meetings to discuss progress and next-steps, etc. Were so pleased with our new bathroom, that we have since booked iRenovate to carry out a complete kitchen refurbishment.
