        I now have a chronic back problem and wanted to do what I can to help myself and get back to doing the activities I used to do with no problem and more confidence. I have seen both Gemma and Katie and I am definitely making progress. They have both been excellent in providing tailored advice end exercises for my condition and adapting it when needed which is exactly what I wanted. The service I have received has been professional but welcoming and friendly throughout and very efficient on all fronts. I very highly recommend them.
