Richard Bishop Photography

As a very thoughtful Birthday present my partner bought me a one to one tutorial with Richard. I have been taking photos for over 40 years using various point and shoot cameras and more recently have upgraded to a much better camera and interchangeable lenses and through various friends had picked up on their tips and knowledge. I could now definitely see an improvement with my images but I still felt I wasn't getting the most out of my camera set up. I met up with Richard at Venus Pools near Cross Houses Shropshire. I asked him to treat me like a complete novice as I wanted see what his approach was. I found Richard to be a very professional and tolerant tutor who didn't mind my interruptions for further information. Our three hours at Venus Pools was informative and constructive and I came away feeling more confident in the use of my camera and even the time spent I could see an improvement in my images. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone who required help with their photography and he also provided typed instructions to refer to at a later stage. Many thanks Kenny

Richard bishop is a brilliant teacher , id recommend his course to any beginner, he will learn you how to get off auto and make amazing pictures that come to life, thank you so much Richard :)

Until I met Richard, I thought I could use my camera. This was not the case. Turns out, for instance, using a flash doesn't involve the rapid removal of clothes. Who knew?! But seriously, over the last few weeks I met the most amazing people, laughed a lot, had some brilliant challenges and learned a huge amount. If you have a DLSR you really should attend this course. Youll be amazed at what you and your camera can do with a little guidance. I cannot thank Richard enough.

My DLSR had sat unloved and pretty scary for quite a while. So as a novice it was a relief to have a tutor to guide me through from the basics to believing that I could do so much more with my camera. What's more it was great fun, delivered in a gentle, humorous and knowledgeable fashion. Thanks Richard, I really looked forward to our classes and plan to put all your good work into practice.
