        Terrible attitude from staff, unhelpful and extremely rude! No customer service skills at all. Just awful from all 4 members of staff behind the counter.

        Doctor sent an urgent prescription for me to the pharmacy this morning at 9am as I have a bad chest infection boardering on pneumonia tried to call the pharmacy earlier to che k it will be ready at 6 pm as hubby picking up from work no answer for twenty mins on the phone Hubby there now after working twelve hours at work and told to wait twenty minutes he is not impressed & im asthmatic and couldnt get there any sooner poor show Tesco pharmacy

        Took my prescription in on Friday 16/12/22 around 5pm and was told they needed to order it in and to come back on Tuesday. My partner went to collect it and was told that they had no record of it, so theyve lost it, well done. An asthma inhaler which is vital !!! I tried calling them and they pick the phone up and then put it down without answering.
