Would have given zero if I could have. Prescriptions very often out of stock and told to go back. Told issues with supply and yet other, smaller pharmacies have plenty. Always made to feel small and for the most part very rude staff. Simple bit of advise - Go Elsewhere

Extremely rude staff. I handed my prescription in on Friday, I was given a ticket back and I asked if I'd be able to collect another day as they were going on their lunch break and I didn't have time to wait an extra half hour, they said that's fine. I came in Sunday at noon and the lady who served me seemed annoyed I was there. She asked me if it was a green slip - I did not know what this meant so I said I didn't know, she just shouted louder and said again 'Is it a green slip' so I just said yes, later realising she meant the colour of the paper the prescription was on. Then she looked at the ticket she had written and given to me on friday and asked what the R stood for. I said I didn't know. She rolled her eyes, and said "YOUR NAME" like I was stupid, I said my name, which doesn't start with R, which is obviously why I didn't know what she meant. She looked at her college and tutted and rolled her eyes again. When she came back to me she told me they didn't have what I needed in, even though they'd had my prescription since Friday. Now i do not have my medication which i had ran out of, as i am unable to get to another pharmacy. This isn't the first time I've been served by this lady, and she is always rude, but I can never see her name badge. This is also not the first time they've put my prescription in to order, but when I've come back the next day or a few days later, they don't have what I need.
