Well Shrewsbury - Mount Pleasant Road

Stood in there for 30 minutes for a prescription they didnt have in stock. Heres a thought. Check you have the stock BEFORE making someone wait, and serve 8-10 other people. Staff absolutely fall apart when its busy.

you phone to check on your prescription you have been waiting for and they just hang up on you. i hope your employers read these reviews. one star is too much

VERY RUDE, My daughter in law went to pick up a prescription, sent by NHS for my Husband who has Covid. When she arrived she was promptly told they didn't have it, so she asked them to check emails etc, and promptly messaged me. She was told she would have to wait as she was busy, meanwhile 4 customers walked out of the drop because of the rudeness. We in turn rang NHS to advise and was told it was emailed to them earlier in the day, she said "are they saying they haven't had it?" So she promptly rang the chemist but no one answered the phone!!! Luckily my daughter in law rang to say she now had the prescription- 30 mins after arriving at the shop???? We will not be using them again.

Tried to call the pharmacy several times to have the phone being put down on me.

Very rude after they tried to give me a brand of medication that I am allergic to even tho it states it on my prescription, and dont bother ringing because they dont answer the phone
