Bicton Heath Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner)

Given a prescription for 15 amoxicillin. Received 14 . Told to finish the course. About sums it all up really.

Good little pharmacy to purchase over the counter items, but they never got my prescriptions right as they claimed they couldnt get the stock, its also very slow service and can get very crowded. Had to switch ti a pharmacy much further away as my medication is vital and couldnt keep going without.

Absolutely shocking service yet again. Poor front of house,slowest service, just awful.

Unfortunate to review so low, but the pharmacy is very inefficient, slow and have previously issued wrong medication. I have also heard other patients in there complaining of wrong amounts of medication issued. They have sometimes claimed not to have my prescription, sent me away to them find it. Maybe theres more that we dont know here around staffing issues or amount of prescriptions they get. But it is very badly ran, always have to wait long time, repeat name and address a number of time. The staff are nice but needs to be looked at.

The pharmacists seem very efficient and friendly however when ever Ive been in to pick up prescriptions one member of staff is always far too busy having a catch up with someone they know or a regular customer while a queue is building up. Dont get me wrong, she seems like a lovely person but not many people have time to wait 15-20 minutes just to ask about their prescription let alone wait for it and pay.
