Consistently unreliable and rude. Told by staff member with dyed hair that they didn't accept orders via app (despite their being an advert for said app on counter in front of her and another large poster outside of the store). Always asked very loudly what medication is for. Never have prescription ready no matter when you order it. You could order your prescription a week in advance and still have to wait half an hour for them to process it. Myself and my partner have since stopped using this pharmacy due to the rudeness and general uselessness of the staff.

With the medicaments in the hand and with no one else waiting, they said, you should wait 20min. 20min for giving me what you have in your hand? Seriously, (pharmacies from Uk) its comprensible that you have a lot of work preparing prescriptions but to take a box and give to a customer is simple, super simple, many others countries do and customer dont wait to take their medications.

Shocking, went to collect emergency prescription to be told" I'm on my own I can't do it, I can print it off try Tesco if you want" ... And Lloyds is the NHS 111 emergency pharmacist told to go to walk in it may be easier, although they are holding my prescription,, thankfully they are closing soon and the NHS can rely on a chemist that won't let them down.

This pharmacy is absolutely awful, doesn't deserve one star! Never answers the phone when you ring them, never has all the medication in or gives you the wrong medication! The worst pharmacy out! Doesn't deserve any customers at all. Would not recommend to anyone!
